Supplementary Information Form 2012
Y7 Applications for admission in September 2012 must be received by Monday 31st October 2011. You must submit the Common Application Form (obtainable from your Local Authority or online, and returned to your Local Authority) by this deadline. You must also complete and return the Supplementary Information to Wimbledon College by the same deadline.

The FreeMapTools website provides a useful way of looking at the distance criterion. By entering the school postcode (SW19 4NS), you can draw a circle of any radius and then zoom-in to see if you come within the distance cut-off of past years.
2012 Admissions
Open Evening
The Open Evening for current Y5 and Y6 boys and their parents is on Thursday 29th September 2011 from 5.30 to 8.30pm. We regret that we do not have the staffing to offer individual tours of the school at any other time in the school year.
Information Packs
are available at Open Evening. If you missed Open Evening, you can pick up a pack from the school's reception (open 8.00am - 3.30pm schooldays). Key information (including the admissions Policy and criteria) is contained in the school prospectus which is available online together with the supplementary information form (ie. the application form for Wimbledon College). See left.
Application Deadline
The deadline for submitting applications for Y7 entry in September 2011 is Monday 31st October 2011. You must submit both the Common Application Form (CAF) to your Local Authority and the Wimbledon College Supplementary Information Form (SIF) to Wimbledon College by this date.
Offers
Your Local Authority will write to you on 1st March 2012, indicating the school highest on your list which is able to offer you a place. We will also write to you confirming whether or not we were able to offer a place. You must accept or reject the offer by 16th March 2012 (after that time, any unaccepted offers will be withdrawn).
Waiting List
We will write to all applicants whom we have not been able to offer a place and indicate where they stand in the waiting list. The top end of the waiting list is published online and updated regularly. The waiting list is deleted once term begins in September and parents who wish their son's name to remain on the list must inform the Registrar in writing or by email.
Sixth Form Open Night
The Sixth Form Open Night (for prospective applicants to Sixth Form) is on Wednesday 19th October 2011 from 5.00 to 7.00pm at Ursuline High School. All current Y11 pupils are encouraged to attend. External applicants are also very welcome. The deadline for Sixth Form applications is Friday 2nd December 2011.
Applications for places in Y8-Y11
Applications for admission to other years (Y8-11) may be made at any time using the supplementary information form. You must also apply to your local authority as all applications are co-ordinated across the London boroughs and surrounding counties. Please note that all years are currently overscubscribed and have waiting lists.
