Diocesan Inspection grades the College as Outstanding

The College is delighted with the outcome of the recent Diocesan Inspection  that took place in July 2015. The Inspectors have identified Wimbledon College as an Outstanding school.

This is fantastic news for the College and a real reflection of its Jesuit ethos and everything that goes on in the life of the College. The Inspectors were impressed with our boys and the ease with which they spoke about their faith and spirituality. The Inspectors were also impressed by the boys’ pride in the College and the way in which they are living out the Jesuit vision.

The report also highlights and praises the work being done by the Governors and staff, in particular the members of the RE Department and our school chaplain, Mr James Potter. As with all inspections there are a number of recommendations that we are already in the process of responding to.
