The College held the annual it's Prize Giving at the Sacred Heart Church on 24th September to celebrate the achievements of pupils last year. This was the first year that the College had moved the ceremony to September in order to include Syntax success at GCSE. Pupils were recognised in all subjects and for their commitment and participation in school life. Photos of the ceremony are acccesible here.
The College is delighted with the outcome of the recent Diocesan Inspection that took place in July 2015. The Inspectors have identified Wimbledon College as an Outstanding school.
Dominic Boyse, the Head of Sixth Form is running the Ealing half marathon on Sunday 27th September to raise money for the Faith in Action Homeless project in Merton.

We are pleased with our GCSE results this year, with 49% of all entries at A*-B. The percentage of A* grades achieved by the boys increased from last year, against a slight drop nationally. Overall 66% of our pupils achieved 5 A*-C [Including English and Mathematics], with 35% of the pupils attaining the Ebacc.
Congratulations to our Rhetoric pupils on their well-deserved A Level results. We are very pleased with our A Level results this year. While the percentage of A*-C grades, at 73%, and A* - E grades, at 99.7%, remained in line with last year, we have seen a significant increase in the number of top grades awarded. The percentage of all examination results graded A*/A has increased from 16% to 21%.
Students from Wimbledon College, earlier this week picked up the school’s TfL STARS Bronze Award at a conference and awards ceremony in London.
