School Meals
🕒The College refectory serves hot meals, snacks, cold food and drinks during Breakfast (before school), Morning Break, and Lunch.
Free porridge is available every morning until 8:15am for students and staff.
💳The refectory operates a cashless system. The account is opened and can then be topped up through Arbor. The default spending limit is £8.65 per day, across breakfast, break and lunch service. Parents can change this limit anytime by emailing: mail@wimbledoncollege.org.uk
Students use meal proximity cards to make meal purchases. Cards are issued to Figures (Year 7) and Poetry (Year 12) students each September. For Sixth Form students, these cards also function as student ID. Lost cards should be reported immediately. A replacement costs £1 and can be obtained from Main Reception. Students can check their account balance and remaining allowance at the terminal in the refectory.
🍽️Entitlement to Free School Meals is credited automatically. Parents may add credit via Arbor to increase the daily allowance. Free meal status is confidential—not visible to other students.
